Birding in Costa Rica has been on my bucket list forever. And at the top of my most wanted birds is the Resplendent Quetzal. My Quest for the Quetzal started over 6 years ago on a trip to Central America where I missed seeing the bird. I went to Costa Rica this time with a mission to find the Resplendent Quetzal in addition to all the other beautiful birds: Tanager, Toucan, Aracari, Night Jar, Black Guan, Toucanet and many more.
