信州で愛され60年「テンヨのビミサン」なぜ長野が消費1位? 背景に「食文化」

The feature article is about "dashi broth," a staple on Shinshu dining tables. While we've previously featured products with particularly high consumption in Nagano Prefecture, such as Vitamin Chikuwa and Homo Sausage, this time we'll be introducing "Tenyo's Bimisan." This year marks the 60th anniversary of its release. While it's a product from a Yamanashi Prefecture manufacturer, more than 40% of its consumption is actually within Nagano Prefecture. We interviewed the author to find out why it has taken root in Shinshu.
