Without it, there would be no photosynthesis, plants, the food chain, and life as we know it. The very possibility of life on Earth stems from a number of precisely chosen conditions: the appropriate distance from the Sun, the presence of an atmosphere, a magnetic field, an ozone layer, the stabilizing role of the Moon, and the protection provided by the large gas planets. 🌍 Sunlight reaches the skin and eyes in different wavelengths. Not all of them have the same effect. Morning light has a different effect, short exposure around noon is different, and evening light is still different. Therefore, sensible sun exposure does not involve long hours of sunbathing, but rather short, regular, and conscious exposure at different times of the day. 🌅 Morning light helps regulate the circadian rhythm. A small amount of blue light signals awakening, systemic melatonin decreases, and the body shifts into activity mode. At the same time, red and near-infrared light support mitochondria, the cellular energy-producing centers. Near-infrared can stimulate the production of cellular energy and local melatonin in mitochondria, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Morning exposure also prepares the skin and eyes for stronger radiation later in the day. 🔥 Exposure around noon requires the greatest caution. This is when the radiation is at its strongest, but it's also when the skin's ability to synthesize vitamin D3 occurs. Short exposure to the sun can support melanin production, affect mood, muscle relaxation, circulation, and the release of nitric oxide, which dilates blood vessels and supports microcirculation. However, this isn't about prolonged sunburn; it's about short exposure without causing redness, burns, overheating, or dehydration. 🌇 Evening light has a more calming effect. It has less aggressive UV radiation and more regenerative light. It helps close the circadian rhythm, calms the nervous system, and prepares the body for melatonin production and nighttime regeneration. Therefore, the entire daily rhythm makes sense: morning awakening, short exposure at midday, and evening wind-down. ⚠️ The sun also has clear risks. Overexposure can lead to photoimmunosuppression, photoaging, collagen and elastin damage, dry skin, discoloration, inflammation, and an increased risk of skin cancer. People with very fair skin, skin conditions, lupus, mast cell hyperreactivity, herpes, and those taking photosensitizing medications or herbs should be especially cautious. 🥕 Sun protection doesn't end with sunscreen. Internal photoprotection, meaning preparing the skin from the inside, is also important. It's worth considering colorful vegetables and fruits rich in carotenoids, lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and astaxanthin. Adequate dietary fats, hydration, a healthy skin barrier, and sensible protection of the face, neck, and décolleté, areas constantly exposed to radiation, are also important. ✅ The most important rule is simple: sun is necessary, but the dose determines the effect. Short, regular, and mindful exposure can support circadian rhythms, mitochondria, vitamin D, mood, circulation, and regeneration. Excessive exposure has the opposite effect: it damages the skin, accelerates aging, and increases the risk of health problems. Common sense, monitoring one's skin, and avoiding sunburn are key. 👉 Support us: https://patronite.pl/scetv 👉 Our Facebook Group: / 403101261572368 👉 Our store: https://oszukajczas.pl TABLE OF CONTENTS: 00:00 – 01:43 – Introduction 01:43 – 10:16 – The Sun, Earth, and Living Conditions in the Solar System 10:16 – 12:18 – How to Benefit from the Sun in the Morning, Midday, and Evening 12:18 – 18:39 – Morning Sun, Circadian Rhythm, Mitochondria, and Photoadaptation 18:39 – 25:41 – Midday Sun, Vitamin D3, Melanin, and Nitric Oxide 25:41 – 27:35 – Evening Sun, Melatonin, Skin Regeneration, and Hormones 27:35 – 31:30 – Contraindications, photoaging, and the risks of excessive sun exposure 31:30 – 34:30 – Sensible sun exposure, sunscreens, and sunburn protection 34:30 – 38:20 – Internal photoprotection, carotenoids, fats, and hydration 38:20 – 38:49 – Conclusion ✅ Tomasz Woźniak: [email protected] ✅ BRIEFLY ABOUT ME: • Professor odc. 0 - Wstęp | Anti Aging ✅ MY BOOKS: "Sulfur Therapy," "Nutraceuticals." #sun #vitamins #TomaszWoźniak
