Add the salt and mix again. Add the olive oil, honey, and about 1 cup of warm water. Mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Gradually add the remaining warm water. If the dough is still too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time. The texture should be thick and slightly elastic. Transfer the dough to a loaf pan about 9 inches long. With damp hands, gently smooth the surface. Let the dough rise in a warm place. As soon as you let the dough rest, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). This bread rises very quickly. When the dough reaches the top edge of the pan, bake it immediately. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, let it cool until you can touch the pan.
