Wu Hsin - A Compreensão Absoluta
Excerpts from the book: “The Lost Writings of Wu Hsin”. It is believed that Wu Hsin lived between 403 - 221 BC in China, one hundred years after Confucius. His name literally means 'no-mind', and there are almost no traces of him. According to Roy Melvin (book organizer), Wu Hsin was influenced by the schools of Confucius, Mozi and Taoism, and helped create the foundations of what would later be Zen Buddhism in China and Japan. “His writings are full of paradoxes, which cause the mind to slow down and sometimes even stop. Reading Wu Hsin, one must reflect. However, it is not an active reflection, but a passive one, in the same way that someone puts something in the oven and lets it bake a little”. Roy Melvin. “Do not cling to any method, path or teacher. The rope that rescues you from the river can be used to hang you.” Wu Hsin. “Many days of silence are needed to recover from the futility of words.” Wu Hsin. "No one can have enough of what does not satisfy." Wu Hsin. “Stillness is not the absence of thought. Stillness is prior to both. Absence and presence. It cannot be created, but it can be found.” Wu Hsin. Music: “396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency Healing Music Music Binaural Beats”.
