In 2021, during his third year in the workforce, he took an IQ test at the recommendation of an acquaintance and discovered he was gifted. In 2022, driven by a desire to support children like him, he moved to a child development support venture company. As the Kanto region manager, he was involved in the launch of a child development support office. In August 2022, he became independent as a gifted/2E education specialist. Drawing on his own experience, he disseminates information and engages in educational support activities for gifted/2E individuals and their parents on various social media platforms. He also serves as an advisor to private companies, supporting the retention of gifted/2E employees. In September 2024, he opened Lagoon, a free school and private tutoring center for gifted children in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. As of March 2026, he has a total of 20,000 followers on social media. Over the past three years, she has provided educational consultations to over 400 parents who were worried about how to raise their children or that others didn't understand their special needs, as well as individualized support to over 200 individuals with developmental disabilities. She is renowned for her support that is tailored to each individual's unique needs and challenges.
