This 30-minute Office Syndrome Pilates class is designed to relieve neck, shoulder, back, and hip tension caused by long hours at a desk, phone, or computer. This is a full-body, gentle but effective class focused on: • Lengthening and strengthening the back • Releasing tightness in the hips and neck • Strengthening lengthened glute muscles from prolonged sitting • Improving posture This class is all-levels and modification-based.
