SongKran 2026 Village Celebrations

SongKran 2026 Village Celebrations Experience a real Songkran village celebration in Thailand as we spend the full day taking part in A traditional Thai New Year activities. Last Year was the mayhem of Pak Chong city water gun fights Galore!! But Just as much fun was had this year, by keeping it closer to home with Friends an Family! The day begins early in the morning at the local Buddhist temple, where villagers gather for blessings and merit-making to start Songkran the traditional way, with Blessings from the Monks. From there, the celebration turns lively as I join locals riding in the back of a pickup truck packed with speakers and all the Water needed for Phase two of the day including Money trees and a 3 lap Parade around the Temple to Generate good luck for the Thai New Year. Lastly we head home again and finish the days celebrations with family merit making an Cleansing with water each family member to bring fortune and to atone an bring peace to the family for the Thai New Year!!
