During the pandemic, several environmental and/or personal factors triggered anxieties about one's own body across different age groups. In this live session, we will briefly identify some of them and, together, consider preventive measures. Participants: Vera de Laurentiis (IBPW/IWA) She is a psychoanalyst, holds a master's degree in clinical psychology, and is a professor at the Brazilian Institute of Winnicottian Psychoanalysis (IBPW) and the International Winnicott Association (IWA). Author of the book: Body and Psychosomatics in Winnicott. Maria Emília Mendonça, physiotherapist Somatic educator, body therapist, and gerontologist, she has been working for 35 years in individual and group sessions on musculoskeletal issues and psychosomatic cases. She holds a master's and doctorate from PUC/SP. Author of the book "Holistic Gymnastics" published by Summus/SP 2000.
