With Elsa Oliveira Dias and Ariadne Alvarenga de Rezende Engelberg de Moraes Moderator: Claudia Dias Rosa ELSA OLIVEIRA DIAS Elsa Oliveira Dias is a Winnicottian psychoanalyst. She holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from PUCSP and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from PUCSP, with the thesis "The Theory of Psychoses of D. W. Winnicott". In 2001, she founded, with Zeljko Loparic, the Winnicott Center of São Paulo (CWSP). In 2005, under the same conditions, she founded the Brazilian Winnicottian Psychoanalytic Society (SBPW). In 2015, she founded and presides over, with Zeljko Loparic, the Brazilian Institute of Winnicottian Psychoanalysis (IBPW). She founded and was vice-president of the International Winnicott Association (IWA) and is currently the scientific editor of IWA Books. Author of several articles on philosophy, psychoanalysis, and especially on Winnicott, she is also the author of the books: 1. D. W. Winnicott's Theory of Maturation (2017, 4th edition), translated and edited in Spanish in 2012, in English in 2016 under the title Winnicott’s Theory of the Maturational Processes, by Karnac Books, and recently published in a Chinese edition; 2. On Reliability and Other Studies (2011); and 3. Interpretation and Management in Winnicottian Clinical Practice (2014), all published by DWW Editorial. ARIADNE ALVARENGA DE REZENDE ENGELBERG DE MORAES Psychologist from UNIP and Psychoanalyst from the Brazilian Institute of Winnicottian Psychoanalysis (IBPW), holds a master's and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from PUC/SP (1992 and 2005). She worked as a university professor for 13 years. Currently, she is a professor, advisor, and clinical supervisor associated with IBPW. A clinical psychologist, she has been working in private practice since 1986. Her main areas of expertise are: Winnicott, depression, psychoanalysis, career guidance, and psychopathology. WINNICOTT URGENT The Winnicott Urgent channel was conceived by Professor Loparic, a philosopher born in Croatia and naturalized Brazilian, a full professor at Unicamp. In addition to several other institutions, he founded, together with Elsa Oliveira Dias, the Brazilian Institute of Winnicottian Psychoanalysis (IBPW), which is dedicated to research, teaching, and dissemination of the work of Donald W. Winnicott. IBPW offers the Winnicottian Training Course, as well as short courses and other events that discuss various aspects of Winnicottian therapy in light of his theory of maturation.
