Video Playback in GameMaker! - GameMaker 2022.3

I know some of you have been asking for this in GameMaker for literal years. Native video playback has finally arrived in the 2022.3 beta! There are a few things that you do not want to use video playback for in a game that I've seen some people talking about, but I decided not to include a discussion of that in this video for the sake of time. That sort of thing should become apparent soon enough anyway. It later came to my attention that you also will likely have to care about the licensing terms of MP4 and associated properties, if you were to use this in a game.
