Misha Makarevich's channel - https://goo.gl/5UTUkN In this part, I'll show you how to make a very simple miter gauge with a protractor and create a protective cover for the machine that will prevent the grinding disc from coming loose. Of course, this isn't possible because the nut on the pulley that clamps the disc is constantly tightening itself while the motor is rotating. But the cover should be there, just in case. Plus, it makes the machine look more solid and more like a household machine. The electrical issue remains unresolved, as I don't have a decent starting device, and I haven't decided where to permanently install the machine. And then, most likely, the button could be mounted on a table or wall... Well, that's just a minor detail. Using this principle, you can make a DIY sander of absolutely any size. It all depends on the power of your motor. In the future, I'll definitely be making a larger version of the sander (300-400mm in diameter). D.I.Y.
