The machine is now complete, and you can see a few cutting demonstrations at the beginning of the video. However, because the entire build process was quite long, I decided to split the project into two parts. In Part 1, I build the main frame, wheel supports, and bandsaw wheels. Before starting the construction, I also present the 3D model and explain the design details and manufacturing plan. For the drive system, I used a washing machine motor and performed the initial running tests. Achieving smooth and vibration-free operation was one of my main goals, so I paid special attention to wheel balance and alignment. To demonstrate the machine's stability, I placed a metal coin standing upright on the machine while it was running. The fact that the coin remained standing showed how smoothly the system operates.
