Welcome to Day 5: Sensual Touch. Using a scarf, piece of fabric, or anything soft against the skin, this practice invites you to slow down and feel in a deeper, more intentional way. Through gentle movement and guided prompts we’ll explore how we can heighten our flow up tapping into sensuality. This isn’t about performance, it’s about presence.
