This 5k PARKRUN is top tier FAST - Long Eaton Parkrun

Welcome to my recap of my experience at #LongEaton #Parkrun in #Derbyshire, recently ranked one of the fastest Parkrun’s in the UK. Located in the heart of Long Eaton, this Parkrun takes you through the stunning West Park, a beautiful (and flat) green space. The course is one of the best marked Parkrun’s I have #run to date, with KM markers and painted paths signifying the start and end of the run. It’s flat and run exclusively on tarmac paths and suitable for Parkrunners and Parkwalkers of all abilities. The run starts near the park's rugby club, and you'll soon find yourself #running through some of the park's most scenic areas, I wanted to test if the rankings were true, is this one of the fastest Parkrun’s in the UK?
