Stuffed & Braided Bread Ingredients For the Dough Plain flour (Maida) – 280 g (approx. 2 cups) Salt – 1 tsp Water – 150 ml (½ cup + ¼ cup) Milk – 50 ml (¼ cup) Sugar – 2 tbsp Instant dry yeast – 7 g (2 tsp) Oil – 15 g (for kneading) Extra oil – as needed during shaping and handling For the Stuffing Paneer – 75 g, grated Boiled sweet corn – ¼ cup Bell pepper (capsicum) – ¼ cup, finely chopped Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped Tomato – 1 small, deseeded and finely chopped Cashew paste – 10 soaked cashews, ground into a smooth paste Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Kasuri methi - ½ tsp Salt – to taste Sugar – ½ tsp (optional) For Topping Milk mixed with a little sugar and butter – for brushing White & black sesame seeds (optional) Butter – for brushing after baking
