I couldn't believe my good fortune on the commute grind out of the city this afternoon. I had just finished listening to the World Cup daily update when I reached over, fired up the CB, clicked the channel selector once or twice, and boom... rolling into my receive on 36 LSB was none other than world-famous CB live streamer 498 Highlander out of St. Louis, Missouri. I threw my call out, and would you believe it... I actually got a grip on him from my Ontario mobile station! What a thrill. I've watched his videos for a long time, so making a QSO with one of my CB heroes was definitely a highlight of the day. Thanks for the great contact, 498 Highlander.
