The Handle Pole Ripped the Hull Apart… WaveJammer Repair Part 1

The WaveJammer repair series officially begins. After our first lake test exposed some serious weak points in the hull, it’s time to tear into the damage and start fixing this thing the right way. In this episode, we dive deep into the hull repair process, inspect the cracked and stressed areas around the handle pole, and begin fabricating a custom reinforcement plate to strengthen the ski for future riding. This isn’t just a quick patch job. The goal is to make this WaveJammer reliable, durable, and ready to handle real freestyle abuse without constantly worrying about the hull failing. Part 1 focuses on: Breaking down the damaged hull Assessing the weak points Prepping the repair area Designing and fitting the reinforcement plate Planning the next stages of fiberglass and structural repair This will likely turn into a 3-part repair series as we bring the WaveJammer back stronger than ever.
