We Finally Repair the WaveJammer Handle Pole! Major Fiberglass Work

After weeks of teardown, prep work, grinding, and planning, it’s finally time for the biggest repair in the entire WaveJammer rebuild series — the major fiberglass repair on the handle pole. In this episode, we tackle the damage head-on and begin rebuilding the WaveJammer’s handle pole structure so we can finally move toward reassembly. This repair is a huge turning point for the project, and seeing everything start to come together after all the preparation work is incredibly rewarding. We walk through the fiberglass process, repair strategy, and overall progress as we bring this classic Yamaha WaveJammer one step closer to getting back on the water.
