I Built a Wooden Vase from 1,561 Pieces | Segmented Woodturning

In this video, I build The Meridian Hollow Form, an original segmented woodturning design made from Brazilian cherry, wenge, and yellow heart. The piece is built from 26 segmented rings plus a base. Each ring has 60 individual segments, for a total of 1,561 pieces. The pattern was designed to create flowing lines and a quiet sense of movement around the form.
