A fluid manufacturer presented qualification data for a PFAS-free hydrocarbon dielectric single-phase immersion cooling fluid, reviewing measurements such as flashpoint, dielectric strength, high-frequency properties, oxidation stability, water saturation testing, and biodegradability against OCP-inspired requirements. A live demo of a new beta Material Compatibility Database built on GitHub was given, showing search, filtering, heat maps, side-by-side comparison, a system build advisor, and analytics highlighting coverage gaps. The group encouraged community contributions and discussed potential future features like named fluids and part numbers, plus the possibility of a funded independent test facility.
