Watch this video until the end :) ► ► Ingredients: ============== ► Ingredients to make Bourbon Biscuit Butter - 113 gms (1/3 cup) Powdered Sugar - 96 gms (3/4 cup) All Purpose flour - 194 gms (1 cup + 1/2 cup) Baking Powder - 1 tsp Coco Powder - 4 tbsp Milk - 2 tbsp Salt Vanilla Essence ► Ingredients to make Cream Butter - 57 gms (1/4 cup) Powdered Sugar - 128 gms (1 cup) Coco Powder - 2 tbsp Dark Coco Powder - 2 tbsp Milk - 1 tbsp ► ► Method: =========== 1. Mix Butter and sugar, beat it until it reaches a smooth texture. 2. Add flour, cocoa powder, Baking powder and mix. 3. Add little amount of milk and make it into a dough. 4. Roll it out add cut rectangles. 5. Make biscuit designs. 6. Bake them in a 180 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. 7. Allow the biscuits to cool down 8. Make Chocolate cream. 9. Place the cream inside two biscuits and press.
