Bourbon biscuit Bourbone biscuit can be easily made at home by using only few ingredients and with out any preservatives , this recipe is very close to the packaged one , so do try it out . Ingredients Butter-- 100gram Powdered sugar-- 1/2 cup All purpose flour -- 1 cup +7 tbsp Baking powder --  1 tsp Cocoa powder -- 3 tbsp Milk -- 2 tbsp For the cream filling Butter - 25gram Powdered sugar / icing sugar -- 1/4 cup +2 tbsp Melted chocolate -- 1tbsp (20gram) Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp Method Prepare the baking tray by lining butter paper 1.Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth 2.Add vanilla essence and blend again 3.Sift All purpose flour cocoa powder baking powder and salt in to the butter cream mixture 4.Mix everything together and knead gently by adding milk gradually until the mixture forms a dough 5.Take a small portion , roll out  and cut into a rectangle shape as shown in the video 6.Sprinkle some sugar on top and transfer to a lined baking tray 8. Preheat the oven at 170 and bake for 10 min 9.Spread the cream in between the biscuits once it is cool completely. Pls note temperature is different for each oven so the baking time may vary.
