Reverse Monkey on the Cadillac

Reverse Monkey is like combining Rolling Like a Ball, Tree, and Teaser stretch on the tower. It targets the upper stomach and provides a deep posterior stretch. The more you curl in on yourself the more success you'll have getting the bar back down. It's all fun and games until two feet are on the bar! SPRING: Top-loaded push through bar REPETITIONS: 3 single leg, each leg & 3 with two feet on the bar for a total of 9 Square the hips off in the start position Lift the back as the bar goes up Keep the arms straight throughout Curl in on yourself to roll back and to roll forward --- Thanks for watching!
