Thank you! ❤️ Recipe: Paneer – 250 grams (diced) Onion – 2 (finely chopped) Capsicum – 1 (chopped) Tomato – 1 (finely chopped) Yogurt – 150 grams Gram flour – 1 tablespoon Oil – 2-3 tablespoons Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon Cinnamon – 1 small piece Cardamom – 2 Cloves – 3-4 Asafoetida – a pinch Turmeric powder Red chili powder Coriander powder Cumin powder Black pepper powder Garam masala Kasuri methi Salt to taste Method of preparation: Chop the paneer, onion, and capsicum. Add some black pepper powder and garam masala to the pan and lightly sauté the paneer, onion, and capsicum for 1 minute. Heat oil in the same pan. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and asafoetida. Add finely chopped onions and fry until golden. Then add gram flour and fry thoroughly. Mix turmeric, red chili, coriander, cumin, black pepper powder, and salt in yogurt to prepare the batter. Put the yogurt masala in a pan and fry thoroughly. When about 70% of the masala is fried, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates. Now add the sautéed paneer, onion, and capsicum. Add water as needed to prepare the gravy. Finally, add kasuri methi and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. The delicious dhaba-style paneer masala is ready.
