Teeing Off on a Golf Cart

The plaintiff says the defendant took his golf cart for a ride with a group of girls, started showing off, and flipped it. He claims one of the passengers was hospitalized and the golf cart was badly damaged. He is suing for the cost of the repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff regularly let him drive the golf cart. He claims he simply made a U-turn and it rolled over. He admits the cart had been driving a little wobbly earlier but says he did not think anything was wrong.
