Academically Irresponsible

The plaintiff says the defendants let him store school textbooks and other belongings in an apartment he was preparing to move into. He claims the defendants threw away the expensive books and other items. He is suing for the value of his missing property. The defendants say they remember the plaintiff asking to leave belongings in the apartment before moving in, but they never heard another word from him.
