Bagua's "Hidden" Stepping Principle

A short explanation of the use of the inner aspect of the thigh in creating the stability and mobility that is central to Bagua footwork. This is a "hidden" principle in that it is simply assumed that students know to activate the whole leg when training Bagua Footwork. It is similar to assuming that a student has the hip flexibility to do a clean drop stance and has the shoulder mobility for the various Changes. The difference is that is aspect of stepping is not obvious and easily overlooked.
