Take-out: Eitorf launch point No. 10 Rules of conduct: Upstream of Eitorf, the minimum water level is 55 cm (21 in) at the Betzdorf gauge. Downstream of Eitorf, it is 30 cm (12 in) at the Eitorf gauge. There is a limit on the number of boats allowed on the Sieg River each day. Depending on the section, a maximum of 50 or 100 boats per day. However, the boats are not counted. The quota likely only applies to rental companies or groups, but not to individual canoeists.
