Season the baby back ribs on all sides with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub and Competition BBQ Rub. 2. Place the ribs on a smoker running at 300º and cook for 1 hour. 3. After 1 hour, spritz the ribs to help keep the surface moist and continue building color. 4. At the 2 hour mark, wrap the ribs in foil with apple juice and place them back on the smoker. 5. Cook the first slabs until the 3 hour mark for a tender rib with a clean bite. 6. Leave the second slabs on for an additional 30 minutes if you prefer more of a fall off the bone texture. 7. Remove the ribs from the smoker and allow them to rest before slicing. 8. Serve the ribs as is, sauce them, or apply another light layer of rub for more of a dry style rib.
