30 Minute Booty & Shoulder Barre Inspired Strength Workout | At Home | Dumbbells Only | Low Impact
All you need is a pair of light DBs and a mat for this 30 minute barre inspired shoulder and booty workout! We combine traditional strength exercises with a barre-like flair during this high volume workout. This is continuous; there is one break when we transition from standing to the mat. All exercises are timed. There is a timer in the lower left hand corner of your screen and an upcoming demo of the next exercise in the upper left hand corner of your screen. We are moving to approx 130BPM but if needed go slower and go at your own pace! You can also rest/pause and continue to rep it out once you feel recovered (I had to shake it out on multiple occasions). Low impact but not low intensity.
