It does not contain gluten and does not contain lactose. Made with corn flour and buckwheat flour. Buckwheat despite the name "wheat", has nothing to do with gluten, it DOES NOT contain gluten. Buckwheat gives the dough a more elastic texture. It's a good flour It's actually not a cereal like the wheat we know. Buckwheat is a seed with many nutritional properties and rich in fiber. Here's the full recipe for you to make at home: Corn Flour Bread with Saracen Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan For this recipe you will need 1 cup fine cornmeal or corn flour 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon sugar (I used yellow) Mix well so that all the ingredients are homogeneous.
