I sat there, giggling at the absurdity, enjoying the fight scenes, and shocked by what was happening on screen. But when the end credits rolled, I simply froze. I sat there, staring at the screen, trying to figure out why I felt so uneasy. And only then did it dawn on me. Behind the screen of all the parody, all the absurdity, the satirical aspects of the show, and the action-packed nature of everything, a thought occurred to me. This is a true horror show masquerading as a superhero series. Hello everyone, I want to analyze an aspect that hasn't been raised in other analyses, reviews, slops - call it what you will, the video is fucking awesome, why is "The Boys" more of a horror film than the superficial opinion that it's a satire on the entire superhero business?
