There's Nowhere To Hide This Time

The next two weeks are looking brutally hot across much of the United States, and the weather pattern is starting to shift in a way that could have major impacts on heat, rainfall, drought, humidity, and severe weather chances. In this video, I break down the developing long-range weather pattern as the ring of fire setup begins to break down and relocate. I’ll show you what the latest GFS ensembles, European ensembles, operational GFS, CPC outlooks, and Euro Weeklies are suggesting for the middle of July and beyond. The big story is a major heat ridge building across the West and Southwest, with that heat eventually spreading into the Plains and much of the country. I also take a close look at the stubborn rain hole that continues to show up across parts of the Southeast, including Georgia, the western Carolinas, western Virginia, and nearby areas that desperately need rainfall. At the same time, the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio Valley, Tennessee Valley, Florida, and parts of the Southwest may see better thunderstorm chances depending on how the pattern evolves. We’ll also cover the latest severe weather risk, including the potential for damaging winds in parts of the Mid-Atlantic, scattered storms in Texas, the Ohio Valley, the Southeast, and possible additional storm chances later in the week. If you want clear, no-hype weather analysis on the heatwave, drought concerns, rainfall chances, severe weather outlook, and the long-range July weather pattern, make sure to subscribe and stay with me here on Cold Rain Weather.
