Pancake mix and soy milk are 1:1 (200g : 200ml). That's it. Mix in the bag and microwave — zero dishes to wash. Freezer-friendly! Any leftovers can go straight in the freezer. 【Ingredients】 Pancake mix: 200g (1 packet) Soy milk (any flavor you like): 200ml (1 carton) ※ If your pancake mix packet is 150g, just drink 50ml of the soy milk first and use the rest! 【Instructions】 ① Open an Airap bag and add the pancake mix and soy milk. ② Knead and mix through the bag until no dry powder remains. ③ Twist the top closed and set in a holder (or place in a container). ④ Microwave at 500W for 5–6 minutes. ⑤ Poke with a toothpick — if the batter doesn't stick, it's done! 【Tips & Notes】 If the inside still feels gooey, microwave in extra 30-second to 1-minute increments. Don't overheat or it'll get tough — keep an eye on it as you go. If using a container, the bottom can sometimes overheat and harden. One batch is about 820 kcal, so splitting it into 2 servings is a great idea! Refrigerating doesn't work well — freeze any extras instead.
