After getting this old two-stroke legend running in the last episode, it was time to tackle some of the less glamorous—but absolutely necessary—jobs standing between this bike and the open road. First up was the broken kickstand. Not only was it annoying, it was downright dangerous. Once that was sorted, we dove headfirst into what may have been one of the most creative wiring repairs we've ever encountered. Apparently, a previous owner bought every butt connector in the county and decided to use them all! This wasn't the exciting kind of restoration work. There were no smoky first starts or victory laps around the neighborhood. Instead, this episode is all about chasing electrical gremlins, removing countless potential failure points, and making sure this Suzuki is reliable for years to come. It's the kind of work nobody will ever notice... and that's exactly the point. One step closer to putting this 1972 Suzuki TS185 back where it belongs: out on the road making that glorious two-stroke music.
