Knead the dough with your hands and add a little sunflower oil 16. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for an hour and a half. 17. Sprinkle flour on the table again and place the dough on the table. 18. Fold the dough seven times and shape it into a round. 19. Place the dough on parchment paper. 20. Sprinkle flour on top. 21. I make cuts with a knife or scalpel. 22. I cover it with a larger bowl because the dough will increase in size a little more. 23. I leave it to rest for another hour. 24.
