AINext, Las Vegas 2026

My keynote at #AINext in #LasVegas was titled "From #Services to #Systems" - building a services firm into an AI-native one. If your only advantage is access to #AI tools, you don't have one. A question many companies fail to ask: everyone now has the same models, the same tools, the same or similar prompt libraries. So what's the #moat? A trap that's easy to fall into: being AI-enabled and mistaking it for transformation. AI-enabled may work if that is what you want - bolting AI onto your existing workflow, the output is faster, and you may have introduced an enhancement. But every task on a new tool starts from zero. Context gets re-explained tool by tool, person by person. #Humans stay the bottleneck. Faster, but nothing compounds. That's AI-enabled. AI-native is a different thing entirely. It isn't adding tools to yesterday's workflow. It's rebuilding the work so that intelligence, feedback, and judgment compound.
