Make the recipe and tag me on Instagram: @thiagocastanho Tapioca Bread Ingredients 250g tapioca flour (flaked) 250ml milk (fresh coconut milk can be used) 60g sugar 30g Parmesan cheese 30g butter 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of fennel 10 chopped Brazil nuts 2 eggs Tapioca Bread Preparation In a bowl, combine the tapioca, sugar, salt, and cheese. In a saucepan, heat the milk without boiling. Pour the hot milk into the bowl of tapioca and stir well. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well to avoid cooking them, as the dough will still be warm. Add the chopped cashew nuts Grease your hands with butter and form into balls of your desired size. Place them on a greased baking sheet, spacing each bun one finger apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Molasses Toffee Ingredients 200g heavy cream 150ml molasses 30g butter Size: salt Preparation of Molasses Toffee In a saucepan, combine the butter and let it slowly caramelize until you smell a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool.
