We visited the French-style pastry shop “La Raison du Coeur Amielle” in Katano City, Osaka. Founded in 1991, this patisserie has been beloved by the local community for over 30 years. Their signature creation, “Amielle”, along with cakes and tarts made from seasonal fruits, as well as popular baked treats perfect for gifts, make up a wide-ranging menu. The Amielle cake is characterized by its fluffy sponge and vanilla-scented cream, and seasonal variations such as matcha or chocolate are also available.
