At this point, click on the preview of the desired chart type and then click OK to insert a chart with preset values into your Word document. An Excel spreadsheet opens next to it, displaying the preset values for the chart. PS: When you reopen the Word document, click Yes to refresh the Excel data. 📌 Insert an online video into Word Insert online videos that you can watch directly in Word without leaving the document. To insert and play the video, you must be connected to the internet. Then: 1) Find the desired video in your browser and copy the web page URL from the browser's address bar. Alternatively, copy the video's embed code. (Word supports inserting videos from Vimeo, YouTube, and SlideShare.) 2) Switch to Word and select the location in your document where you want to insert the video. 3) On the Insert tab, select Online Video. 4) In the dialog box that opens, paste the URL you copied in step 1. 5) Select Insert. Note: From the "Insert Video" dialog box, you can also search for videos on YouTube (see the tutorial). 📌 Add 3D Objects in Word 3D models are inserted into files just like other images. On the Insert tab of the ribbon, select 3D Models. To enlarge or reduce the image, select it, then drag the corner sizing handle on the edge. 📌 Change the Appearance of 3D Models in Word When you insert a 3D model into a document, a contextual "3D Model" tab appears on the ribbon. ▶ The "3D Model Views" group offers a collection of predefined views you can use for the image. For example, you can quickly select the Head-on view or the Top-Down view. ▶ Align lets you position the image on the page or slide, such as at the top or side. ▶ Pan & Zoom lets you control how the 3D image fits within the frame. Click the Pan & Zoom button, then click and drag the object within the frame to move it. Use the Zoom arrow on the right side of the frame to zoom in or out on the object within the frame. 📌 Embed an animated 3D graphic in Word • Select Insert → 3D Models • In the dialog box, select a category with a "Runner" badge. The running person symbol indicates a 3D image that includes predefined animation scenes, indicating that the graphics are animated. • Select a template and then select Insert. • The graphic is inserted and the default animation begins playing. • To choose a different animation for the 3D graphic, activate the 3D Model tab and click SCENES.
