Ingredients 3 eggplants (310g) 10 cherry tomatoes (170g) ★Regular tomatoes can be used as a substitute 3 shiso leaves 2-3 tablespoons salad oil 3 tablespoons ponzu sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon sugar This is a new challenge for me since turning 60, and I'm really enjoying it.
