ナスとツナのチーズガレットの作り方♪じゃがいもが定番ですがナスでも美味しく出来ます。混ぜてフライパンで焼くだけで簡単に出来てナスはジューシー、チーズはカリッとしていて最高に美味しいです。

It's the season for delicious eggplants, so I made an eggplant and tuna cheese galette. Potatoes are the classic choice, but eggplant works just as well. Eggplant, tuna, and cheese go well together, and I added shiso leaves for a refreshing touch. Even those who dislike eggplant (especially children) might enjoy this. It's easy to make in a frying pan, so please give it a try! Ingredients Eggplant: 2 (160g) Salt for soaking eggplant: 1 tsp Canned tuna in oil: 1 can (70g) Shiso leaves: 5 Pizza cheese: 50g Salt and pepper: a pinch Potato starch: 2 tbsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil): 1 tbsp This is a new challenge for me since turning 60, and I'm really enjoying it.
