An Architect, an Affair, and an Apparition? The Tragic Massacre at Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin

Frank Lloyd Wright. Arguably still one of America’s best known architects - even though he died over 50 years ago. But there was more to Frank Lloyd Wright than his style and prolific work – he was all too human, and lived a life filled with personal and professional triumphs and tragedies. But the biggest tragedy in Frank Lloyd Wright’s life took place on August 15, 1914, when his beloved home, Taliesin, burned down – with everyone there that day inside it, including his “soulmate,” Mamah and her two young children. The Massacre at Taliesin remains the deadliest single killer rampage in Wisconsin’s history. In today’s video, I tell you what happened there and why the dead may still roam Taliesin all these years later. Enjoy!
