Double Kettlebell Trinity | Leg Workout (20 min) This is workout one of the Trinity series. A three-part structure built around the fundamentals: legs, push, and pull. This first session is all about lower body strength. Controlled reps, solid positions, and consistent effort from start to finish. We’re not rushing through this. Focus on good technique, stay disciplined with your pacing, and make every rep count. INTERVAL STYLE | 3 ROUNDS | 6 EXERCISES 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest (1 minute rest at the end of each round) You will need: 2 kettlebells (I am using 2 x 16kg) Exercises: Rack hold squat Romanian deadlift Split squat (right) Split squat (left) Kettlebell swing Farmers carry Repeat for 3 rounds.
