The house is built on a 36-foot gooseneck trailer, with an additional seven feet in an elevated area, providing ample space. Inside, the layout closely mirrors their popular Winter Wonderland model, featuring a small boot room, a custom Hobbit wood stove with unique leaf-themed metalwork, and a versatile living and dining area. The dining table can convert from a small, two-person setup to a larger table, or even into an L-shaped lounge with space for a double mattress. Sleeping accommodations are spacious, with enough room for a king-size mattress in the master bedroom and additional sleeping areas in a loft, a convertible living room, and an office space. The ladder to the loft can be fully detached or secured in a space-saving position, adding to the flexibility. The kitchen is a mix of custom cabinetry with burnt wood finishes and IKEA fixtures, complete with a farmhouse sink and custom light fixtures. It also includes a range hood covered in wood and metal for a unique look. Additionally, a large skylight brings in natural light, enhancing the high ceilings. Moving to the bathroom, Seth showcases practical features like sliding doors with magnetic closures and storage solutions above the tub. The bathroom features white tile with black grout for a minimalist, modern aesthetic. The versatile office/kid's bedroom comes with a Murphy bed that converts into a large desk, complete with cable supports and custom metal legs for easy setup. Extra storage is cleverly incorporated under the stairs, and the master bedroom above the gooseneck provides ample space for a king-size bed.
