八王子のラーメン屋台しゅんやっちゃん Japanese old style Ramen stall　| 拉面 摊・라면｜ ※動画内のチャーシュー麵は通常のチャーシュー麵にチャーシュー増し増し、さらに味卵をトッピングしたものです。 今年にできたばかりの、化学調味料を使わない八王子ラーメンが食べれるラーメン屋台しゅんやっちゃんに開店前から撮影をお願いしました（屋台は固定型で引いて回ることはないそうです） 開店前からすでに何名かが待っているほどの人気で、八王子では珍しい屋台ラーメンということで比較的若い方も多く食べに来られていました。 実はお話を聞いてると、かなり昔からラーメン屋台をやりたいという夢があったそうで、動画の最後に出てくる手書きの絵は８年前にご本人が書いたもの。 この奇しくも今回のコロナによって、この夢が実現したとのことです。 この屋台は宮大工をされてるお父さんと一緒に作ったとのことで、現在焼き鳥などを焼ける２号ももうすぐできるとのことです。 所在地： 〒193-0845 東京都八王子市初沢町１２７７−８
