Amazing King's Hawaiian Roll Copycat Recipe!

A fantastic sweet and savory homemade version of famous King's Hawaiian Rolls. This is a copycat recipe and not the "official" recipe from the folks at King's Hawaiian. I'll be dividing it in half to show two methods of making the dough: #1: Using a stand mixer #2: Hand mixing using a danish dough whisk INGREDIENTS 2 cups of warmed pineapple juice **VERY IMPORTANT** DO NOT use Fresh pineapple juice - use canned or bottled only (it's pasteurized - we like Langers juices best). The enzymes in fresh pineapple juice will react badly with the proteins in your yeast, eggs and flour and the recipe will fail. Thank you to Leacy for making us aware of this issue. 3/4 cup white sugar 2 tbsp of instant dry yeast 2 tbsp avocado oil (any light vegetable oil will do) 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground dry ginger 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 6 cups of bread flour cooking spray-butter flavor approximately 4 tbsp of butter melted Here is a link with additional information on proofing dough especially when the weather (and temp inside your home) is cool. https://www.simplyrecipes.com/how-to-...
