If you want to share sweet memories with your loved one, try making a bitter and sweet matcha pave chocolate this Valentine’s Day. Chocolate made with love. You can feel the sweetness even without tasting it. ☞ [Green tea Pave Chocolate Recipe] Ingredients : 350g White chocolate, 100g Fresh cream, 20g Unsalted butter, 30g Condensed milk, 10g Green tea powder Topping : Green tea powder 1. Put the fresh cream in a pot and when the edges begin to boil, turn off the heat and stir in white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk until the chocolate melts. (Be careful to not separate the whipped cream, which can happen if it is boiled over high heat for a long time.) 2. Sieve the matcha powder and mix them into the melted chocolate. 3. Place the paper foil on the bottom and sides of the square frame, pour the chocolate, and smooth it out evenly. (Tip. If you lightly grease the sides of the square, the paper foil will stick well.) 4. Cover the top with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. 5. Remove the chocolate from the frame, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle on some matcha powder on top. (Tip.
