Hurricane Dorian intensified further today, and has now made landfall on Great Abaco Island in the Bahamas with winds of 185mph and a pressure of 911mb. Total obliteration is expected on the eastern part of the island. The storm will soon stall and then turn towards the north and sweep across the United States east coast, delivering a severe storm surge, heavy rains, and potentially destructive hurricane force winds from West Palm Beach to the Outer Banks of North Carolina by late this week.
